As a clinic for privately insured, semi-privately insured and self-paying patients, we offer comfortably equipped and stylishly furnished single and twin rooms. All rooms have a multimedia terminal with a flat-screen television/touch screen and built-in phone. You can also use the clinic’s Wi-Fi network to access the internet free of charge. The bathrooms are designed with close attention to detail, ensuring that you will feel more like a hotel guest than a patient.

Guest Relations

The Guest Relations team provides extra services for our private and self-paying patients. We were one of the first clinics to pioneer the new concept of Guest Relations in private medicine, adopting this service from its origins in exclusive hotels. The idea is that a team that is independent from the medical staff takes care of all patient concerns going above and beyond purely medical considerations. Our Guest Relations team members support you by acting as a personal point of contact. Before your admission, the team will get in touch with you to ensure that all necessary preparations have been made for the procedure, answer any questions and address any concerns.

Our Guest Relations team is there for you throughout your stay at the clinic and keeps in touch with you during the recovery phase following discharge. The Guest Relations team is the communication link between the clinic and our patients. It ensures that things will always run smoothly for our patients throughout their stay.
