Additional Services

Depending on your needs, we can also offer a variety of additional hospitality services such as additional medical expertise or a number of non-medical services including massage, beauty treatments, nutritional advice or a personal trainer. We can also arrange other services such as laundry, home care or pastoral care.

Rooms and Facilities

We only offer comfortably equipped and stylishly furnished rooms that have a multimedia terminal with a flat-screen television/touch screen and built-in phone. You can also use the clinic’s Wi-Fi network to access the internet free of charge. The bathrooms are designed with close attention to detail, ensuring that you will feel more like a hotel guest than a patient.

As an international patient, the Guest Relations team will take care of matters over and above your medical and nursing requirements and look after your well-being. They are your personal point of contact who will assist you and will contact you before your admission. This ensures that we can take your needs and wishes into account and answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Visitor Services

We also ensure you and your visitors are well looked after with our premium hospitality services and fine cuisine. We do this in a feel-good atmosphere that is completely unlike a typical hospital and more like to a 5-star hotel. If you wish, we can help you with organising additional accommodation for family members or staff.
